  3. Do you pay market value?
    Yes and sometimes more. The type of properties we are looking for usually need some type of renovation. We will pay you market value as long as we feel we can make some profit after repairs. The bigger the problems, the bigger our profits… The bigger your offer.

  4. What if I’m upside-down on value?
    It doesn’t matter, as long as we can raise the value through renovation we can still help.

  5. What if I’m in default or behind on my taxes?
    It doesn’t matter. If you accept our offer we’ll immediately pay off any default amount and or tax liens.

  6. My house is a wreck, you won’t buy it?
    The bigger the Problem – The more we want it!!

  7. What happens after I contact you?
    We will run the comps on the property and usually get back to you with an offer in 24 hours. We will have to do a property inspection before we purchase, but we will give you a fair market value offer with no obligation on your part.

  8. How long does it take?
    We can close as fast as you want. Take a week or take a month, it's up to you.
